Tropical Pavilion is a British owned company based in Bali. During our first 8 years of business here, Tropical Pavilion has built up an established business in the export of high quality prefabricated wooden houses, pavilions and gazebos. This will always remain the core of our business and we have an excellent ongoing relationship with clients from all over the world receiving a large part of our business from referral and * clients include customers in the following countries;

The Factory
Our 3000sqm factory is based in Jimbaran an ...d as well as carrying a large amount of stock to ensure that we can produce our products and meet orders as quickly as possible, we also have a team of skilled craftsmen, structural engineers, architects and supervisors that work both onsite and offsite to deal with our clients' needs.
The Products (Export)
The core export products are prefabricated wooden houses, pavilions and gazebos. There are a wide range of designs that can be chosen from our extensive catalogues and our clients also have the ability to have 'tailor made' products based on their own designs and input. We are using top quality woods sourced from Government approved sources in Kalimantan and Irian Jaya. The main choices are Merbau, Bengkirai, Coconut and Iron Wood and we offer the client the very best advice and consultation when choosing the products and materials for their purchase based on their location in the world, their preferences and their intentions for its use.
Quality Control
Full packaging and shipping services are also available giving the client a 'one stop' solution to making an order and receiving delivery. We also offer a full in-house design service to clients who do not have any existing house/pavilion plans or our team are more than happy to work from a clients architects plan to deliver the requested product.
Our policy of having a totally hands on approach from when we source the raw materials through to design, manufacture, finishing, packaging and shipping ensures that we deliver the highest possible standard to our clients.
Re-Construction Information
All of our structures come with complete detailed re-assembly * provide step-by-step reconstruction photograph sequences and detailed architect plans showing part positioning with all orders. We also work closely with the freight forwarder insuring that all the packaging has been clearly marked showing exact part positioning.
Local Construction and Supply
We are now also working with the local construction industry here in Bali and we are particularly focused on continued expansion into the villa development market. This is a boom industry in Bali and we have the capability of supplying contractors and architects with all wooden materials used in projects such as villas, housing and hotels at very competitive * to order at our factory and / or fitted and assembled at our client's project
