GUSS-EX Sp. z o.o. is a Polish supplier operating on European markets since 1989. We specialize in delivering raw casting or casting after a complete mechanical work, with heat treatment and required are working with ISO 9000:2000 Quality System, and we are interested in long term cooperation as a quality supplier with your enterprise.
Actually we cooperate with many companies that produce parts for automotive, garden, plumber and other branches. We offer delivery of following elements:
1)From iron: like counterweights, stub axles, steering system elements, wheels, hubs, bearing housings, with characteristics like:
grey iron weight from 1,0 up to 25 kg
ductail iron - weight from 1,0 up to 100 kg
machined on CNC stands
primed or painted, using dip or powder technology and KTL
Models we ...produce from metal, resin or wood for prototypes.
From aluminum we offer:
Sand casting
Die-casting
High pressure die casting
We produce gravity dies and injection moulds also in own pattern-shop.
2)Plastics elements made using injections moulding, like casings, housings etc.
We can also offer production of pressure casting dies.
