From the past 11-year experience, we devoted ourselves to be a trustworthy supplier in the world. Advanced Industrial Solution Ltd. (AIS) was funded in 2006 as a sales department of Shuangfeng Machinery Co., Ltd. To communicate with overseas buyers. With more requirement and requests from our customers, Shuangfeng MFG decided to extend the service to offer more solution to our clients. With the joining of experienced manufacturers and partners, AIS is now to be an independent unit to offer our customers single source for different solution.
We have two main manufacturing facilities located in Zhejiang and Jiansu, China, and we have over 200 employees, including 5 engineers and 10 technicians in our production group. In order to better serve our customers, we have state of art equipment a ...nd manufacturing facilities. Currently, we have 13 die-casting machines of 125-400 model, 34 numerical controlling machines (CNC), atom-absorbing spectrometer checking machine, 2 assembly lines and other assistant machines. We provide a complete service with production capabilities of mold designing, investment casting; Die casting, machining, processing, and assembly. Except the main production on metal parts solution, we glad to have other outstanding partners to join us to extend our capability and which would also give our customers more solution for different field. Our value added service includes plastic and rubber molding (injection, extrusion, and rotation), outdoor equipment parts(lawnmower parts and ATV parts), outdoor accessories and gear(camping, recreation, and sporting), scrolling billboard components and advertisement material, and Home application.
Today, we have over 1000 products covering the automobile industry, lawnmower industry, forest equipment industry, advertising business and machining industry. Over 80% of our products ship to USA, Europe, and any other region in the world.
